How High Achievers can manage their nutrition to win in Life and in Business

Recently, I had the pleasure of speaking on the Getting Mental Podcast on the topic of nutrition for high performers, busy professional, high functioning executives, and everything in-between!

I covered a range of discussion areas, including my introduction and experience in the corporate world in relation to nutrition and what that meant for me and my colleagues, in terms of our declining health.

I also covered areas such as protein intake, my strong feelings around ‘cheat meals’ and better ways to structure your nutrition if you are someone who’s career takes precedence.
