Try This: The 3-Minute Meal Map
This is one of the simplest (but most overlooked) strategies I teach my clients.
Every night, take 3 minutes to map your next day’s meals.
Ask yourself:
What’s my first meal - and do I have protein ready or accessible?
Do I have one go-to snack to avoid that 3pm crash?
What’s my lunch - and can I add colour (vegetables), protein, and some healthy fat?
Am I eating out? If so, what’s one smart swap I can make?
This isn’t about being perfect - it’s about creating mental clarity around your fuel before decision fatigue hits.
Try it for the next 3 days and notice the difference:
More focus.
Fewer cravings.
Better energy.
Because high performers don’t wing it. They plan with purpose.
